Jiaxing Xinsheng Carbon Fiber Products Co., Ltd. is a high-tech private enterprise specializing in the research, application, product promotion and industrial production of carbon fiber composite materials. The company mainly produces carbon fiber sheets, carbon fiber tubes, carbon fiber auto parts, carbon fiber medical bed boards, carbon fiber accessories for various mechanical equipment, sports and leisure products and other carbon fiber composite products.
The production processes that the company can currently complete include pipe rolling, plate pressing, special-shaped parts molding, vacuum forming, hand lay-up molding, autoclave molding and other composite material molding processes; the main production equipment includes: 5 pipe production lines, 4 molding equipment, 2 vacuum forming production lines, 8 ovens, 1 spraying production line, and a variety of other auxiliary equipment; the company currently has more than 45 employees and can meet the production needs of various carbon fiber products.
Over the past ten years, the company has been actively innovating on the basis of steady development. In line with the development goals of China's Industry 2025, we have made great progress and achievements in the fields of servo systems, high-speed gantry processing coupling systems, and carbon fiber high-speed roller systems. With the industrial upgrading of China's industry, the application of composite materials in industrial production and high-precision equipment will become more and more common.
